Our flexible, self-service online ordering provides access to a wide assortment of wellness and alternative medicine products with the benefits of faster account setup, credit card payment processing and flexible shipping. Please note that existing wholesale accounts will need to set up a separate online account in order to place orders on this website.
Yes and NO. We sell our products to general public as well to businesses and non-profit organizations, large and small, both tax exempt and non-tax exempt. We require that you provide your business information upon registering for a wholesale account , same time if you are just a customer buying a product for your own consumption to create or register an account is not mandatory. Once we have verified that you are a business, your account will be approved as a wholesale one and you can begin placing orders with special prices. Account approval may take two to five business days. General public may place an order immediately .

After completing this step it might take up a few hours to be reflected in your shopping cart. Wholesale account applications, including tax information is reviewed and approved during business hour, and non-holidays.
Of course! Our company, for example, registered as NYC vendor since 2020 and we can supply all 200+ NYC agencies with our health supporting products. Same we can do for your agency or a company. We require a Tax Exemption Certificate upon registering for a wholesale account on the website . Once we have verified this documentation, your account will be marked as tax exempt, and you will not be charged sales tax upon purchase
We offer a wide variety of shelf-stable grocery and wellness items, particularly natural, organic and good-for-you products! Additionally, we offer a selection of gluten-free, vegetarian, fair-trade, GMO-free, and Kosher dietary supplements and functional foods brought to USA from abroad to stock in your store, check-out line, break room, gym, café, restaurant, Naturopathic or Osteopathic doctor’s office, Holistic health or Alternative medicine practitioner office. We like to work with Integrative Medicine providers and Health coaches.
If you are a food service or food processor/manufacturing business, we also offer bulk ingredients, such as Manuka honey different grade/potency, chaga mushroom, cedar sap, raw propolis resin, propolis extract water-soluble and with alcohol, Shilajit, Maral young horns sliced and powdered in a variety of weights and sizes.

Depending upon order size and distance, your order will either arrive via UPS, UPS SurePost (in partnership with USPS), or LTL delivered via ABF Freight. In the case that your order ships via ABF Freight, we will reach out to you to verify the delivery address and requirements prior to shipment. If your order constitutes a mono palette and you agree to receive it directly from our overseas manufacturing facility please contact us by beemagicusa@gmail.com to arrange direct shipment rom Custom clearance seaport warehouse.
We ship products from our distribution center, located in Brooklyn, N.Y., or directly from our International manufacturing facility.
When orders are submitted, we will route your order to the warehouse with available inventory. If inventory is not available at the warehouse a separate notice about expected availability time is going to be send to you.

The estimated delivery time is 2-7 business days from when the order was originally placed.
Please allow additional delivery time for orders shipped a significant distance to your delivery location or for special carrier requirements (e.g., no receiver present, signature required, etc.).

Typically we do not offer a Discount code . Registered wholesale account owner if gonna get a special notice about specific UPC is on a discount. Alternatively check out our website regularly for price adjustment.
Discounts are for a specific period and not honored on orders placed after expiration.
We offer 10s of items on sale each month to all customers . When a sale item is placed into the shopping cart that has a discount code applied, no additional discount code discounts will be offered on the sale item.
BEEMAGICUSA does not accept and/or process backorders. We work hard not to accept an order unless we have the item in stock. However, between the time an order is placed and the order is picked, on occasion the item may go out of stock. If one or more item on Customer’s order is not in stock and/or is not available, the item is removed from the order and the balance of the order is shipped. A refund will be issued to the customer’s credit card for items which do not ship.
BEEMAGICUSA does not offer dropship. We are a business-verified buyer’s site for retailers, eTailers and other small to medium sizes businesses. We deliver directly to your business, home or warehouse. Note: BEEMAGICUSA CANNOT ship directly to Amazon unless you provide with prepaid shipping label saved in PDF or dropship to consumers.

BEEMAGICUSA offers a product catalog for customers to download. To download the product file, you must be signed in. The link to download a .CSV file is under My Account/Catalog. The file includes Brand, Product Name, SKU, UPC, Today’s Price, Product Description, MAP if applicable.
Unfortunately we cannot cancel an order once it has been submitted at checkout.
We will ship to the shipping address provided during order checkout. Please double check that you have selected the correct shipping address for your order before submitting the order. We cannot make any edits to the shipping address after the order has been placed. As a reminder, we can only ship to your home, business or warehouse. We cannot ship directly to Amazon (unless you prearrange with prepaid shipping label saved in PDF) or dropship to your customers.
BEEMAGICUSA guarantees a minimum shelf life of 60 days though typically our stock has more than 1 year till expiration date . In accordance with our policy, BEEMAGICUSA will not issue a refund for expired merchandise if the order was shipped within 60 or more days from the “best by” date.
As well a buyer has understand the difference between Best Before and Expiration Date.
By nature such products as Manuka honey, bee propolis, Shilajit have no expiration date. You can meet honey or a propolis being used by ancients Egyptians to preserve their Pharaohs and laboratory analyzes show such natural products are still in good and potent condition.
For example our Shilajit is 60+ million years old, it is raw and has no expiration date by definition.
